GEMSTONE CARE GUIDE
The best way to clean your gemstone is with mild detergent and warm water. Scrub gently using a soft toothbrush all over the stone. Avoid scrubbing too hard, else you may end up scratching the stone. Rinse the stone and dry it gently with the help of a soft, lint-free cloth.
SHIPPING TERMS AND RATES
We offer international shipping with insurance. International shipping above 1000 USD will be done at Premacut’s expense. Below 1000 USD, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. All shipping costs to Thailand will be done at Premacut’s expense. Your orders will be shipped by FedEx. However, we at Premacut Ltd. take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services. Please note that all customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If any duties are incurred upon the arrival of a parcel into your destination country, your local shipping carrier will contact you regarding payment. These charges vary depending on the destination country and the value of the parcel. For more information regarding these potential fees and taxes, visit the customs website of your country.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Any purchased item from Premacut Ltd is exchangeable and returnable within 3 days upon receiving in case it remains in perfect condition, unused and unworn, and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (i.e. certificates, gift boxes) be kept and submitted.
To avoid any inconveniences with customs and extra charges please send us an email before shipping back the item. Do not ship back anything without our written confirmation! Handling charges may vary based on the area of delivery. Restocking fee, inclusive of outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us may be also applied to you by Premacut Ltd.
We highly recommend shipping the returned item by FedEx for tracking convenience and requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price.
In case the original purchase certificate is not being returned, the customer is liable for an additional USD 150 (deducted from the amount being refunded).
In some instances, it is possible that you return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all. We are always open to discuss each particular case with you and see how we can leave you content.
Please note that auction items, bespoke items and special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pricing policy
Premacut Ltd may change prices on the site without notifying. Transactions are only accepted by Premacut Ltd at the time of order dispatch. We take maximum care in ensuring the prices are correct. However, at times of an honest pricing mistake that is noticed post the order placed, Premacut Ltd will reach you to notify inventory mismatch and reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any undercharged purchases.
The prices are in US dollars. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS via PayPal.
Payment options
For transactions below USD 1000, we recommend PayPal or Wise Transfer, as it guarantees a speedy checkout. For transactions exceeding USD 1000, we recommend a wire transfer directly to our bank account.
Please quote your order number on remittance advice. All bank charges will be borne by the payer. Once you have made the payment, please send us a notification (bank statement / receipt / remittance advice) for a swiffer process.

All items presented on our website are available for purchase unless stated otherwise. Each gemstone is one of a kind. At Premacut Co., Ltd. We reserve the right to cease supplying goods at any time. The photos and videos featured are representative only of the products and may differ from actual items in coloring etc.

During the order process, we require your information to confirm your order and to inform you about its status. Despite our efforts to display the correct color of the products, as our goods are of natural origin, we do not take responsibility for any variations that may arise. Prior to confirming your order, kindly verify all the information about the goods to ensure you receive what you intended to. Premacut Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any errors caused in the customer’s ordering process.
AGREEMENT
All the precious gemstones above 800 dollars lab report (ruby, sapphire, emerald, spinel…) purchase of Premacut gemstone accompanied by Gem Reports, acts as the sole confidant henceforth. Premacut Ltd is not liable for any anomalies in the reports. The point of sale, concludes the expertise evaluation offered by Premacut against that offered by the Gem Report issuer in any case to be dealt directly with the Labs. The only assurance provided by Premacut is whether the stone is natural or synthetic.
